Bad service, rooms are not ready for guest, bath accessories not given, cleanliness is not great, seems like the hotel was never maintain to upkeep after it was opened probably many years ago. will never stay here

I was there in the evening for a late lunch. Apart from a snack menu, the server did not give us anything else. We ordered a veg cutlet & poori saagu (together). They took about 20 mins to serve the veg cutlet & further 15 odd minutes to serve the poori, had to complain every time. Another few more minutes to serve coffee. The veg cutlet was a deep fried hara bhara kabab & not in any shape or form resembled a cutlet. The poori was mediocre & so was the coffee. When I asked for the bill, they took further 5-10 mins & when I walked over to ask for the bill.. I got it in less than 20 seconds ( the cashier was busy talking to the servers and loitering until I walked over & asked for the bill). The swiping machine nor upi payment worked owing to poor network. Complained to the restaurant manager about the pathetic service.. will never go back & will neither recommend others. One of the most disgusting service I have ever experienced

Very bad experience. Service is not good at all. Please don't go. Staff behaviour is not supportive. Food quality is ok ok but price are too much... We have ordered butter garlic naan but no garlic on naan.(It was like plain naan without garlic) Tissue paper is a basic thing but they provide tissue paper after I ask.
