Hotel Hostal Cuba

We came here for a drink based on recommendations. We were told there was a wait to sit outside in the rooftop bar which was fine. Two tables before us go seated outside then we were just ignored. People were walking straight outside to the rooftop bar and getting a seat straight away. When I went to ask staff when we were able to sit outside, they walked off and ignored us again. We finished our drink and left. We told the manager at the desk who was not interested at all.

Good location, super helpful young staff, nice but small room (#104), good buffet breakfast and roof top bar. However, like for many others, noise was an issue. I perfectly accept that city centre locations can be noisy but the combination of the busy road, worse for wear patrons leaving the roof top bar via the stairs and especially the adjoining bars on the ground floor (Avinguda de l'Argentina) which were busy until 3am, was disappointing. Would recommend but strongly suggest asking for a quiet room.

Really nice rooms. Great location, not in the heart of Palma but near some great restaurants. Fantastic breakfast on a beautiful roof terrace, but only 1 coffee machine between many people.

Completely overrated. Arrogant waiters. Moon- prices.

Top locatie in een heerlijke buurt met veel fantastische restaurants. Ontbijt is good, rooftop bar is een heerlijke plek om te zijn. Kan op een zaterdagavond best gehorig zijn. In de straat veel kleine leuke restaurants en in 5 minuten zit je in palma centrum.

Wir waren 11 Personen, welche in die Skybar wollten. Dafür mussten wir zuerst unten Essen. Essen und Service waren sehr gut und freundlich. Oben auf der Skybar war der Service von einem Kellner unterirdisch. Er war patzig, wir mussten ihn ständig suchen, bitten was bestellen zu dürfen. Er hat nie gefragt, ob sonst noch wer am Tisch was will usw…. Wir haben uns deswegen sehr unwohl gefühlt und sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Schade! Darüber hinweg tröstet auch nicht die tolle Aussicht und die sympathische DJane.
