Best tamales in the area!!

My new job route takes me down 2351. I saw the Hot Tamale Truck on my way home for over a week. I decided to Google it. Great reviews and thought if they have been in business since 1976 they must be doing it right! Today I decided to stop in. Woe just Wow! The Tamales were definitely best I've had! The service was great and easy pay. A Dozen is $12! That's a 1.00 Tamale ! And it's soo good. The guacamole is 4.50 & is amazing. Its alot packed in that little container. Feed 4 people easily. The Nice size bag of chips for 3 or 4 people is a dollar! Definitely recommend and I'll be picking up on my way home at least once a week!

WOOOHOOO! Oh my gosh! I am in heaven! I have been away from The Houston area for 5 years, and now that I am back... this is one of the first places that I made a B-line for. I have been to a lot of places and the last place was New Mexico. They do NOT know how to do tamales. This is the one place I know that has an amazing flavor, more meat than I have seen in other tamales, and AMAZING prices! This truck has been doing this for many years now. It is literally one of the best-kept secrets in the city. I have a hard time with hot spices and their mild is very flavorful but yet not too spicy... for me anyway. I have a lot of trouble just eating table pepper, but this is beyond wonderful!
