Hot Head Burritos

I enjoyed it …. Ordered online from Door Dash , arrived cold of course I was in Georgetown as this is in lexington . The options were great to build the burrito I ate , jalapeño flavored tortilla , blend or mixed blend of rice , fajita veggies , beans , different sauces and salsas to choose from . I liked it way better than qudoba online .

Rude staff. We went in after 12 and apparently the opening manager didn’t show up and they were running behind which is fine, but why open the doors and be hateful when we ask how long? Just no reason to be that way.

Hot Head Burritos is almost a secret, on the back side of a gas station. It's an oddity because it is so good. Burritos and Bowls that are prepared in front of you might remind you of another place, but this one always has a full menu ready to serve and the food is terrific. Plus, you can watch sports while you eat and have a wide selection of beverages.

The food was fine, pretty good for a gas station burrito place. The reason for the 4 stars is both because my husband really enjoyed his burrito and also because of the man that helped us. I don’t recall his name, but he was friendly, efficient, and patient. It took us a little while to order and he waited quietly while we deciphered the menu, which helped us decide faster and feel more welcome in the restaurant.

Visiting from out of town, hot head has always been a favorite for me so I was SO excited to see one, online hours abd rhe frint door say they open at 1030, we waited until 10:35 , door was open, we were told they weren't open yet. I understand running late but the girl at the counter was rude and said they won't be open until 11. Very disappointed.

I love going to burrito joints and this did not disappoint. The flavour was great. Maybe a touch pricey. Not from the area or I’d be going back.

I called at 6:45 to make sure they were closing at the time they actually have posted and they said 9. I’m here 20 minutes before close and the doors are locked. Employees are out in their cars just chillin watching customers walk up and as I walked away that’s when they turned the ‘open’ sign off. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s always an issue here whether it be “staffing issues” with 3 people closing, rudeness, poor customer service or just lying. Foods good if you can get it especially without attitude!

The food was bland, very disappointed I tossed my food in the trash
