Horse Thief Hollow is an award winning brewery and gastropub in the Beverly neighborhood on Chicago's South side. From pint to plate, we take a handcrafted approach to making everything we serve. Our seasonal beers and food feature only the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers whenever possible. On any given day, we’ll be making mustard from scratch or smoking bacon from a nearby farm. You can find us kneading pretzel dough made with our spent grain or making herb-infused simple syrups for our bar. We’re passionate about making food and drinks with integrity and flavor.
