HOPE Heroes Southern Kitchen was born out of a sustainability strategy focused on developing the verticals and supply channels of a fast-casual restaurant brand that will engage and create community while addressing the growing food insecurity crisis among seniors, families, vets, and children in our area. H-O-P-E stands for Helping Other People Eat!- This is our mission. Our belief is that people love to eat and major decisions are made around a meal in our culture. So we imagined, what if we connected "Doing Good" with "Eating Good" and through this fusion of Altruism and necessity; we built a sustainable, restaurant model that will fight food insecurity.
