We had the granola bowl, donut basket, cheddar cheese French toast, and the breakfast tostada. All was delicious! For drinks we had the lavender matcha latte, peppermint matcha, and horchata cafe. Wish they had better parking. Highly recommend making a reservation so you can have a table

I can't rave about this place enough. I've had breakfast in a thousand places coast to coast in USA and Canada and this has to be the best. My only regret is that I have to wait until next time I'm in St Paul to try one of the many other delectable dishes on the menu that I saw on other tables. Be sure to make a reservation because it's clearly loved by everyone and you're likely to miss out on a walk in.

Sometime when a place has been hyped so much you end up leaving a little disappointed. Not true here.

The GM came out and told my table that we were over the 90 minute limit before we had received our checks or the boxes we had requested.... Maybe check with your staff before you start telling people to get out? It was very uncomfortable after that, we had been done eating for at least 20 minutes and were waiting for his staff when he approached our table under the guise of checking on our experience. My food was okay, but my friends had the bagel breakfast sandwich and it was greasy, to the point that they could hardly pick it up. We all left crabby. None of us will be back.

There’s a 60 minute limit, and it takes over 30 to get your food. I will not be back.

Nice food. Nice service. Deducted one star because it was drafty.

All the food was absolutely delicious! I came here with a friend for brunch and this is by far our favorite spot we’ve been to so far in the twin cities! The hope waffle was absolutely delightful (as well as the rest of the food we got), and we’ll definitely be back for more

Honest review. 5/10. Aesthetic wise this place is cute and cozy if you’re looking for a breakfast/brunch place. As for food, some plates lacked flavor. My tacos had little to no bacon/pork belly as listed on the menu. It was mostly scrambled eggs and the garnishes. My group and I ordered plenty of dishes to try and it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. Food came out within 5-10 mins and were warm to touch. Not sure if the cooks were in a rush to send out our foods…but the Pina Colada French toast was soggy and seemed a little undercooked. The scrambled eggs in the tacos were cold and tasted bland. We were only able to secure the 2:30pm reservation, which is the last reservation time they offer. They did notify us about the kitchen closing/bar at 3pm and to order everything we needed before then. Our server took our order at around 2:40pm. As we were just about to finish eating our food, the bussers were already removing our plates from the table. Our server was attentive and told us we could pay our tabs and were welcomed to stay, but to be completely honest….it did make it feel as if we needed to leave right away once we were done eating, even though reservation times are reserved for 90 mins only. My group and I ended up leaving around 3:30. I would not recommend choosing the 2:30pm reservation as your last resort. Choose a different time to have a better experience and not feel rushed. It will also give you more time to enjoy your meal and drinks, while getting together with friends and family.

Outstanding food and service - Hope breakfast bar is arguably my favorite breakfast/brunch place in the twin cities because the menu is tempting from all sides: pancakes, savory bowls, breakfast sandwiches, espresso drinks, boozy drinks. Definitely get a reservation - seating is limited on the weekends. Parking: There is no parking lot. Street parking is somewhat difficult to find and is often a two-hour limit.
