Rude and disinterested bartenders

Horrible!!!! This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had the waitress we had was completely rude arrogant and should not be in the service industry in any way shape or form the place was not packed she said the wings that I ordered the sauce was sweet not spicy when in fact it was too spicy and I told her that after literally one bite instead of trying to make it right or even offering to make it right she smirked and walked off my daughter is tenders we're not crispy in any way shape or form when asked if she could throw them back in the fryer or make ones that are more crispy it was completely ignored, and blown off. She had no problem paying attention to my husband, when the $80 bill came and the tenders hadn't been touched nor the wings except minus one bite she didn't even offer any slice to the situation. Her arrogance and rudeness prompted me to get the manager. The manager fixed it to a point. The waitress then brought us out a new check and asked if there was anything else we would like I said an apology would be nice for the very rude customer service. She then walked off came back I paid the bill even left a tip because I'm not ignorant. I informed her that being a waitress is customer service and she should really work on those skills when working with public she scoffed rolled her eyes and made this irritating noise with her mouth like I was a horrible person for mentioning that her service was crappy and that just fixing the food issue would have been great. I informed the manager once again and how rude she was and informed them that I would be leaving a review because this is ridiculous, rude and this is not how you treat people. The manager did say the girl came from another store and that's how they trained them there so I would advise you guys not to go to any Hooters get your fantasies out some other way there's a tilted kilt in Clarksville Tennessee that's just perfect for that DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!! And Hooters you should be ashamed of yourself and your staff. This was my daughter's first dining experience and my husband's and as a patron and past employee of Hooters for many many years it will be my last!!!!

I went here with my family a couple days ago. I should have taken pictures to show how delicious the food not only looked, but tasted! A far cry from previous pictures I saw on reviews. Waitress was very friendly. We were seated quickly and food was served quickly and fresh! I love the drink prices as well. The music was at perfect level not to mention good old school tunes. I personally liked their wings better than twin peaks. I think I found my new go to spot after late night jobs I do. I will definitely be going back! Thanks for a great dinner Hooters!

Slow St Patrick’s Day evening. I was quickly seated and served. I got a dozen buffalo shrimp and an order of half fried pickles and half fried jalapeños. The food came out in a reasonable time. The restaurant was clean and music volume tolerable. Plenty of options on the tvs.

The food came out quickly even during lunch rush,and my drink was made spot on
