Food poor, had steak pie but pastry so hard could hardly get knife into it to cut it.

Could not cut the gammon steak.,also the apple crumble did not like the crumble and the apples were sour.

Had 1.5 hours before work, thought that was plenty time for lunch. Took 20 mins for drink order, asked to order food was told the drinks were coming first 50 mins later took food order. No Feta for ciabatta, waitress was rude kept saying wait a minute! 2 plates of food came then 10 mins later another 3 the last two plates were about 15 mins after that, for a ciabatta and a burnt burger roll and cold chips. Had 5 mins to eat before work, plenty staff standing chatting, will not be back! Love The Kingsway Farm in Dundee worlds apart!

Went there for catching up with pals and had nice Rainbow Grain Salad then ultimate hot chocolate cuppa. Pals enjoyed their meal and dessert. Had a flat white cuppa later on, liked it. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

This restaurant serves nice food. Staff are friendly. We popped in tonight and were told that there wouldn't be a table for 25 minutes despite 75% of the restaurant's tables being vacant, we decided to wait, after about 5-10 minutes we got seated down. Tables stayed vacant for our 1.5 hour stay. I popped to the men's toilets at the start of our visit, noticed that the men's toilets were out of toilet paper. I let the guy behind the bar know that the men's toilets had NO toilet paper, and was assured this would be sorted. 1 hour 15 minutes later, I popped in again before I left and noticed there was still no toilet paper. Had to use the disabled toilets in the end both times. Debated whether or not to speak to the manager and decided against it if this was their service with only a 25% full restaurant. Certainly not used to this standard from Greene King. On the whole, just avoid if you can.

Food took 40 mins to come out. Steak was requested medium came out actually burned. The lassie serving was very nice and apologetic but I was very disappointed

Went for some lunch before getting food shopping. Didnt have a booking but got seated no bother, drinks order taken quickly. Was hoping for sausages in onion gravy with mash but nowhere seems to have it these days so opted for gammon steak which was really good. Clean plate! Relaxed atmosphere and good for family as tvs at some tables that can accupy young kids aswell as the play area. Worth a wee visit
