Great food, service exceptional
Visited with a party of 8 for breakfast, a were seated in about a half hour. I personally had the Loco Mocco for the first time, it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Others in the group had the Banana and Macadamia nut pancakes and would also say that they are one of the best things they have had in a long time.
Your one choice for dining on-property; food is really not great: burnt burgers and weird watery Mai Tais. But there are some highlights: the poke bowl was pretty tasty and their beers aren't bad. But if you can be bothered to walk West up Poipu road a thousand feet you'll find a host of wonderful and superior options. But sometimes you just wanna munch by the pool and that's why this is here.
Basic poolside resort option with limited menu. French toast was ok but it had a lot of competing flavors and was way too sweet. Avocado toast was good, huge portion. Pork hash was hearty but good.
Little hard to find even with the signage and limited parking by the restaurant I just parked in the resort parking lot without any issues. Atmosphere was really good understanding it’s a family friendly place with the bar next to the pool. Be ready to hear the explosion of little children not wanting to leave if you’re having an early dinner, I had the Hawaiian poke, which was recommended by the bartender and excellent. Not as busy as the other poke that was available and more traditional. Sat at the bar, and the guy is working behind. There did a great job taking care of people.
The staff was very friendly and service was quick. Very accommodating to all sorts of dietary restrictions. The food was good and everyone enjoyed their meal.
