Hokkaido Sushi Bar

Beautiful Japanese restaurant in the waterfront area of Norfolk. The food was very good. The service was courteous and prompt. The atmosphere was very cozy. Celebrated my 60th birthday with my family. Highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: Kids delights.

Had a reservation for 4 people, waited 15 minutes to be seated. Sat for 30 minutes, no order of drinks, no acknowledgement. Finally ordered, over 20 minutes just to get one person’s appetizers. No servers, no service, everyone physically upset.

Nice, quiet place to have lunch. Great selection/variety. Fast and friendly service. Cool atmosphere.

I ordered on doordash so I can't speak to the in restaurant experience, but hands down the best sushi I've tried here. So fresh tasting, I got the 3 roll combo thinking it would be like 4 pieces each and it was full rolls. They did send 1 wrong roll and I am gluten sensitive so I didn't eat it and am still full and enjoyed the other 2 so much I'm still giving 5 stars

Had dinner here last night and it was absolutely amazing. Our server was Becky. I have never ever ever had a server at a sushi restaurant that is as good as she is!! She made our night 100 times better! The food was also fantastic! Definitely the best I’ve had since moving here 2 years ago!

Fantastic service with a great atmosphere and delicious food. Highly recommend the Sake.
