To try: - hog shack KFC (akin to Costco Korean jerky bites) - St Louis ribs (melt-in-your-mouth savoury bomb) - Dino ribs (off-the-bone ) - corn bread (judge me later) If you're still hungry: - BBQ chicken (well marinated and moist) - smoked sausage (smokey but a tad dry) - wings (crispy texture but inconsistent seasoning) To forget: - brisket (dry and tasteless ) - pulled pork (same as the brisket)

If you're looking for BBQ and smoked meats with flavor come to hog Shack. Their in-house cured bacon and sauces and are a must try. Jurassic platter, KFC Appy and BBQ bacon burger are my go tos. If you're craving something that's different from what most of steveston restaurants offer, I suggest hog Shack. Thanks

Nice food, great services

Pretty meh barbecue: the ribs were dry, lacking in smokiness and just generally boring. The chicken and pulled pork were comparably slightly better, though still nothing to get too excited about.

Awesome BBQ restaurant, I highly recommend! Best Brisket I had in months, very juicy and savoury. Their BBQ sauce is very tasty and has a nice kick to it! Cornbread was very tasty and moist! Great staff and nice restaurant will come back for sure
