I hope to save someone else the incredibly long track (we drove an hour). This place is closed down. The note says due to the slowing economy. However Google still says they are open

Prices on the menu are not correct. They added an extra $15 to my steak on the bill. Charges a fee to use a credit card. $50+ for a non prime steak is ridiculous. Owner was rude about the situation. Just paid the extra money to get out of there. I gave this place 6 months to survive and they didn't make that. In an interview the owner said "It's been really hard, from staffing to food costs," he says. "We were trying to hang on, but when everybody went out of town at the beginning of this summer, it put too much pressure on us. No, it's because you don't know how to run a restaurant. You closed well after the pandemic and you had your chance. Now stop asking for investors to turn it into something else and just walk away.

We walked out. We were seated, and after 20 minutes we had no server come to our table. We had to flag down the hostess for our drink order. She finally brought 3 of the 4 soft drinks, she forgot what the 4th one was. Nearly 10 minutes later, we got the last drink and finally a waitress. Put in our appetizers' order and sat for another 25 minutes with no service at all. Closing in on an hour with 4 empty drinks, no food, and no service we'd had enough. On the way out we passed another table talking to someone about poor service. The place wasn't packed.

Definitely a great tasting steak! We have had a to go order delivered from here before when a friend blessed us after having a baby, and we decided to go back now for father's day. I got the ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese, my wife got the cowboy flat iron steak with the same sides. Hers came with chimichiri and mine had a butter sauce on top which both were delicious! Mac n cheese was great as well. Service as far as staff were friendly, time wise it took a while to receive our food. Other than that, we enjoyed the taste and experience of this German style pub, lower lit ambiance. Steaks had a good char outside taste and was tender. Would go back and recommend. Steak prices on the higher side, $48 for few choices, cowboy flat iron $29

I haven’t walked out of a restaurant in decades, if ever… until this evening. I’ve eaten here many times since they opened and have never seen anything like tonight for Father’s Day. Multiple tables getting up and walking out, folks standing at the check in stand for 15 plus minutes without anyone acknowledging them, so they walked out. We waited 10-15 after being seated before a waitstaff stopped by and asked if anyone had stopped by our table. We ordered, and after 20-25 minutes someone different from our waiter came out to let my wife know they were out of Salmon. The next 4 things she tried to order they were also out of. We started asking questions witnessing everything going on, and our nice waiter said “man I’m sorry…. This isn’t what I signed up for. What few items we do have today the kitchen isn’t turning out good food today…. If you don’t want to waste your money, I’d bounce if I were you”. I appreciate their honestly but I wasn’t about to drop over $200 on big disappointment. Then I look at the reviews and see the owners response to a complaint less than 24 hours ago and a screen full of bad reviews today…. I’m likely to never return.

Went for Father's day. They were very understaffed. Waitress never came back. Waited an hour and a half for our appetizers. Ended up just paying for the appetizers and leaving. Three other tables left frustrated and hungry as well. The manager tried his best to try and make up for the poor service, but we were there with reservations with no service. We had been looking forward to eating there. I was so sad that I picked this place for Father's day and my husband did not even get to have his steak dinner. I will never go back, do yourself a favor and find another more professional restaurant to visit. I doubt this restaurant will be around much longer with such poor service. We only got to try the pretzel and bratwurst and they were ok. Ended up getting take out at Hard Eight and going home.

I really couldn't wait to make this post. Service was absolutely horrendous!!!!!! 30 min wait to order a beverage. 22 min wait for beverage to arrive. Over 1 hour and 45 minutes for food and counting!!!!! And that's at the time our drinks arrived. So that's over 2 hours. The restaurant was only 1/4 full. 40 people (8-9 tables at most) Counted 8 employees and they can't handle it. Personal walking in circles. I saw 5 tables get up and leave after waiting an hour and a half for a drink order. The manager must've comped 5-6 tables because of the horrible wait times. As I write this, I'm watching 3-4 servers just huddling/ hiding in the corner. No one in the restaurant has food. Seems like everyone's waiting. Sooooo it's been 2 hours and 15 min and food has finally gotten here. It's hot and actually tastes good. But I will never ever come again.

We had an extreeemely bad experience today. I’ve never had anything like that before. The waiting time was too long, and we were not even informed about it. They took orders from guests instead of letting them know they would be waiting for their food forever. After over an hour of sitting at the empty (and dirty) table we asked about the waiting time and the waitress said that we needed to wait another 20 minutes. So we left hungry.

Long wait for food, over priced, rude owners. Every time we’ve been, the servers tried to add items on the bill not ordered. Won’t be back.
