Good eatery shop

Today I am going at hocco eatery at vandematram gota, I purchased 2 ice cream with my wife and daughter and seat inside the restaurant, but the restaurant staf is asked straight forwardly that seat out side the restaurant do not seat inside. So my question is why this? 3rd class customer care and service. Don't go to this outlet.

Store timings are clearly mentioned in the store upto 11 pm .. I reached at 10.32, a waiter told me that we are closed. No management look after it and hence poor quality of service they give.

I went with a friend today, both of us ordered cold coffees. Bad customer service and rude staff behaviour - the staff was just waiting for us to finish our drinks, as we did, while we were in middle of an important conversation, they just asked us to leave saying "your time is over". You're an eatry, not a big fancy restaurant. Behave like one.
