Opened in 1989, Ho Wah Sterling Heights has been constantly improving their variety of dishes. They are a family-owned and family-operated restaurant, with a main chef who has over twenty years of experience. Appetizers such as the potsticker and soups like the wonton soup are all homemade. Ho Wah tries to accommodate everyone's tastes with entrees that range from sweet and sour to hot and spicy. Even though carry-out orders are usually completed within ten minutes, Ho Wah still prepares its dishes the traditional way. Dishes are prepared and cooked whenever they are ordered, and they place emphasis on the freshness of their foods. This restaurant does not use any frozen vegetables, and all sauces are made fresh with each dish.
