Dunkin'

The only time I'll ever leave a negative review is if an establishment's employee or owner deserves it. Drive-Through window access was super confusing & not obvious but the guy working the window was absolutely the most condescending & rude employee or owner I've ever encountered. Made it very clear that I was on his time (no one else was inside or out) & that he had better things to do. Rushed me through my order & then messed my order up.... After advising him that I ordered an additional sandwich, he replied 'i only charged you for one so......' knowing that I was already irritated & not going to wait for another one. You make franchises look horrible. Stop taking your despair of having to run a donut shop out on the people keeping you in business. Ruined my entire night. Will never return to this location.

I've been here after they close the dining area, and they won't NOT come to the drive through window! I finally went inside today to get a donut and it was almost crunchy. When I took it back to ask for my money back the guy had not one word to say to me. NEVER will I go back here!

Spent 5$ on a breakfast sandwich and they wouldn't give me a water. They wanted 1.06$ for a freaking ice water. That's ridiculous. The NERVE to charge TAX on a water?? Water costs you at most 5 cents but now you've lost a customer who comes multiple times a week over a freaking dollar. Ridiculous. They're always rude at this location too. I won't be back.

Pros: The ice cream was fresh. The store was moderately clean. Cons: Indifferent staff

Old man is very rude. I go here 3-4 times a week and won't be returning. My cold brew taste nasty. I'd rather drive 3 miles out of my way to the 14 mile Dunkin where they are so nice and coffee is fresh!!!! FYI, you should really get rid of the old man!!!
