Your food is always cold.

In my opinion, it was not their best food day. Hibachi Grill was on point. But...the peel and eat shrimp on the salad bar was undercooked. Any fish I tried on the hot bar had no taste and was slimy. Crayfish had a funny smell and I didn't bother after that. The list goes on and on. Service was great and the tables stayed clear. Sweet and sour chicken undercooked. Wait staff on their phones instead of waiting tables.

Wasted my money. Very disappointed. I know it's not fine dining, but it was very low quality. My server was nice, but hostess just looked at me when I left. Cashier said nothing. Parking lot is filthy.

The food is decent for a buffet. They have a lot of options. The highlight is the hibachi area where you can pick your proteins, and they will cook it right there. They offer steak, chicken, and crab stick hibachi to order. Most buffet options are fried but tasty. The wonton soup was very good, and the dumplings had great flavor. The ice cream station featured about 8 scoopable Mayfield flavors. It is a communal dipper that is housed in a warm water circulator. The sign above it stating not to lick the ice cream scoop was a bit off-putting. The floors were a tad sticky, and the carpet was definitely worn. They did keep the empty dishes cleared from the table pretty well. The sushi was not replenished very quickly as the sushi chef was also cooking the hibachi to order. It's one of the better buffet options in the region that I have tried. They offer buffet to go by weight, and some foods like cookies are charged per piece for to-go orders. The bathroom was fairly clean but not very well lit. We have eaten here twice now. The mushrooms are the stand-out offering.
