Visited the store at 230pm today to place a to go order and I was the only patron in the store at that time and it was so dirty. Trash receptacle was full. Trays, napkins, food strewn everywhere in all four corners of the dining area. The employee who came out to ring me up was completely distracted by the airpod in his ear and asked me to repeat my sandwich order because he was busy listening to what was playing in his ear. The second employee came out of the back to cook my order and he too had airpods in his ears and was not paying attention to the meat on the grill. He ended up burning my steak and did not put the mushrooms requested on my chicken. I had to ask if he was going to put mushrooms on that sandwich and his reply was "Oh I didn't see that". As my order was being bagged there were several (at least 3) orders that came in from online and both employees huffed and puffed because they were now going to have to work a little bit more. One of them went to to back and grabbed another employee who seemed to be waking up from a nap, as she rubbed her eyes and yawned on her way out of the back door. Will not return to this store unless these people can clean the store and pay better attention to their customers.
By far the WORST atmosphere not one person spoke and after placing my order and telling them the way I wanted my sandwich made it was like I was there aggravating them i will say the food is always good I’m just glad we get to SEE them make the food because the way their attitudes was towards a paying customer was HORRIBLE!!!
Waiting in line to place order 12 min prior to walking out. Three employees in front service but they have 3 working orders and will not take any more orders so they can catch up. 6 people in line to order.. seriously lacking in time management and common sense. The guy with the broom should have been helping the one guy cooking ONE sandwich. I absolutely could take care of business using common sense and a Lil preparation! This is a common theme. Just close up.
