Hey Mikey's Ice Cream

If I could give 0/5 stars I definitely would. Went tonight to try to get my 3 and 5 year Olds some ice cream at the Texas City location. Online says they're open until 9 pm. We showed up at 8:15. My 5 year old tried opening the door and it was locked. So I look down at my 5 year old who is crying because all she wanted was ice cream and I tell her we can find ice cream somewhere else. I look up and the cashier is just staring at us and our two screaming children. She didnt even mouth the words "we're closed". Literally just stared. Please update the hours and if the store really does close at 9 pm, please inform your employees of that.

The young guy working there was great, he was so helpful and polite to my family.

I was recently at the Texas City location and WOW! Jai was PHENOMENAL.She allowed my kids to taste the ice cream before we purchased it to be sure they would like it. She had great customer service, a positive attitude and a radiating smile. She even joked around with my son. The bathroom was clean,which is a plus on my book. My kids really enjoyed their visit and we definitely will be returning soon. I can't wait to try a new flavor.

Took the whole family there to try out, & had a great time! Customer service was very friendly, very nice, & attenative! Lianna kept a smile on her face & made everyone feel welcome! Icecream was delicious & the scenery was pretty cool too! We will be going back!
