Visted Sunday 7th April 2024, was welcomed and seated quickly, ordered without issue. Over an hour later one breakfast came out, 10 minutes later still waiting for the other, I had to go ask and it hadn't been made, in other words forgotten about as I sat watching people who came in after us receiving their meals. I got a refund but was left hungry and will not be returning

Wonderful tea room.in a beautiful location. Excellent food, polite friendly staff, definitely recommend and we shall return. Actively encouraging dog walkers and motorcycles.

Great food and staff, can get busy at certain times so have to wait a little longer for the food to arrive.

Food was very average. Service was awful

We went to Hetty's last week for afternoon tea and had a brilliant experience. We'd never dined upstairs before and we were keen to try it out. We weren't disdappointed - the setting was really nice and very quirky. The food was lovely and the we had so much we ended up taking some of it home. The ssrvice was great and the staff were very pleasant. We will definitely return which in my book is the acid test.
