I love the mangoanadas and the churros my son and I often come to get one or the other after my Thursday practices and we don’t live close. The people that work there needs to be trained in customer service and greeting customers when they walk in. I walked in today and the girl with the taper didn’t greet or even acknowledge or make eye contact or ask what I wanted and I was the only one that was inside and she was slouched over at the register. She just turned her head and looked at the other employee then was on her phone laughing. So I tried to resist saying something so I just turned to look at the menu, Then another girl comes to the register when I turn ready to order and she just stares waiting for me to say something rather than hi how can I help you. I got the tacos for the first time and they were so good. I have only experienced one girl who demonstrated great customer service a few months ago but I have only seen her once and I wish I knew her name. But please train them in manners and customer service or hire new people. Without great customer service itll never be a 5 star and I won’t be back for awhile. Food 5 star but customer service -5

The quality of the food is passable, however, the service provided is abysmal. It is quite disappointing that inquiring about the menu results in either the staff being unsure or treating you with disdain. It would be greatly appreciated if you could temporarily close for a day and thoroughly review the menu with your employees, as well as educate them on proper customer interaction. I have visited your establishment on three separate occasions, and unfortunately, each time has been a repetition of the same disappointing experience.
Snacks are good! Service on the other hand terrible asked to see what an item was in the menu and they didn’t even know about 5 teenagers in there as workers and they all pointed the fingers at each other as they didn’t know what the item consisted that’s one, second of all as I continued to look at the menu they were laughing in between them making it seem as if didn’t know what I want which I didn’t but you don’t have to make a customer uncomfortable on the other hand you can offer customer favorites instead of laughing at them. Been there 3 times thinking it would be a different experience but no.

Best ice cream at the best prices. We really need to try the food too. Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place.
I've never written a review before but I just had to for this place! Usually when I eat ice cream it gets boring after the first few bites, but this ice cream was really good and I enjoyed the whole thing. Also, we took a while to order but the workers were really patient. I would recommend stopping by if you have the chance
