Fernando was excellent! He made my drink to taste! Super friendly and prompt! Got my drinks in seconds! Would totally come back to hectors for a Paloma!!

Food needs some work. The price point is high what it is. Skinny margarita was decent, not the best or worst. They did a cute job decorating. It was raining and cold and they left the door open, that wasn't fun. I like the location and the vibe, just not feeling it on the food. The salsa was good, chips were not so good.

Horrendous service and attitude from management. How is this place in business!?

I decided to give this place a shot. We took my mom for her birthday, big mistake. The food was expensive and flavorless. The place was scorching hot. The service was hands down the worst I've ever experienced. We made a complaint to the general manager (overweight guy in a white shirt), he did not care and brushes us off. We then complained to the manager below him and he offered us a gift card but we declined. We will never be back here. During the time that we were there, we saw at least 4 different parties get up and leave. Save your money and go to Avilas. Spent over $250 here with a $30 gratuity charge, ridiculous!

Got verde enchiladas; one chicken, one cheese. Very tasty and large portions. Also recommend their guacamole. Great service, fun atmosphere
