8.2% - Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Simcoe in the boil for rich hop oil stickiness and double dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka, Mosaic and Centennial. Big bright fruity aromas from the Southern Hemisphere hops with a pine and stone fruit focused flavor. Praise these hops, I saw the dank!

5% - We made this batch of Daphne nice and clear for more defined aromas of lemon and lime, orange candy, and geranium blossom come together with the crackery malt forming something reminiscent of a certain children’s fruit cereal. The flavor is clean and balanced with juicy hops and bready malt and a lingering grassy bitterness. Hops: Strata, Centennial and NZ Motueka.

5.8% - Seasonal Guava Cider.

6.8% - Hello, LA is our 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA hopped with the classic 1-2 punch of Mosaic & Citra hops! Pouring with a clear golden appearance & fluffy white foam head, this IPA produces huge aromas of juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & has a slight dankness with residual bitterness.

7% - There aren’t enough hours in the day to crank out the amount of haze that you all craze. Round the clock juice from the Skaze Factory doesn’t keep up with demand so sleep isn’t an option. This latest hop chowder features a unique blend of HBC 586, Galaxy, Citra & New Zealand Cascade for ripping aromas of Scorpion Bowls, Cadillac margaritas, Big League Chew & Sour Diesel. Hopefully this satisfies y’all for long enough so that we can take a quick nap.

6.8% - The base of LightLosts pyramid was built with sacks and sacks of flaked/malted oats + malted spelt (an ancient variety of wheat). These malts and adjuncts help assemble the golden opalescent haze and pillowy mouthfeel. The cosmic aromas and flavors start with a dose of Citra and El Dorado in the whirlpool and are followed up by unethical levels of dry hopping and Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook, and a sprinkle of Hallertau Blanc. LightLost jumps out of the glass with aromas of Mandarin, ripe apple, vanilla, and a hint of Purple Kush. Where will you be when all the LightsLost?

4.8% - Vienna/Mexican Amber Lager brewed with Weyermann(R) Pils, Vienna and Caramunich malts. Smooth easy drinking amber lager.

4.9% - At the end of the day, when Japanese factories and offices begin to empty, it is the Izakayas - Japanese pubs - that are full. And, in all of them, one request is certain: Nama Biru, which means “live/raw beer”, that is, unpasteurized and ultra fresh. Our Nama Biru is crisp, dry, delicate and extremely refreshing, as if it had been taken directly from the tap. With a delicious combination of Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop hops, this canned draft beer will surprise you.

8.3% - Step into a lush, hop-filled dream with Nectaron Dreamscape, a hazy Double IPA overflowing with juicy tropical flavors and intense aromatics. Brewed with a powerhouse trio of Nectaron, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin, this beer delivers waves of ripe peach, passion fruit, white grape, and citrus zest, all wrapped in a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Drift away into this hazy paradise—where bold hops and smooth sips create the ultimate escape.

5.7% - West Coast Pilsner brewed with or friends Everywhere & CLS Farms. This double dry hopped West Coast Pilsner uses a hop combo of El Dorado, El Dorado T45, Comet, & Idaho 7 all from CLS Farms!

5.1% - Whether you're craving something crisp and easy-drinking or a beer with delicate nuance, Precision Helles is the perfect choice. Crafted with simplicity in mind, we use only Weyermann Pilsner malt. Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, and our preferred larger yeast strain - allowing us to focus on process details with precision. This beer was put through a very cool fermentation process and extended lagering period that allowed for a natural carbonation.

5.7% - Radio Edit is a Hazy West Coast pale ale. The haze comes from protein and a high rate of dry hopping that leaves the beer opaque. The West Coast part means it’s aggressive with crisp hop flavor, assertive bitterness and a lingering lemongrass finish. Well hopped with Galaxy, Citra and Motueka the beer has aromas and flavors of lemon and orange peel, jasmine, melon and pine.

7.1% - Reach for something SHINY AND NEW, like this West Coast IPA we jammed with experimental hop ADHA-1631 (and a touch of Citra and Amarillo), courtesy of our friends at Latitude 46 and Roy Farms. This clear, pale yellow-hued glass bursts with aromas of white gummy bears, dehydrated strawberries, and ripe nectarine. On the palate, we're getting big, big flavors of white peach and limeaide with a tropical backbone and medium bitterness. If you're craving some shine, we've got the newest.

Sowing The Sun is brewed with an heirloom spring pilsner malt and hopped with Washington grown Willamette hops as well as German grown Hallertau Saphir. Fermented at low temperatures and lagered for many moons this beer is light on the palette with a crisp finish. Tasting notes of barn hay with subtle citrus and white grape aromas.

4.2% - We worked with our good friends at Live Oak Brewing out of Austin, Texas, one of the greatest lager producers in the country, to craft a fine Italian pilsner for the people! By triple decocting Eraclea Pils malt, heavily hopping with Perle, and lagering extra long, we’ve built a pilsner that is both rich and velvety, but also crisp and bright.

5% - Vienna is our Amber lager that is crushable, crisp maltiness, bright, & snappy. Clocking in at 5%ABV you’ll be able to throw a few of these back!

6.3% - WC IPA brewed with Strata, HBC 586 and Mosaic hops.

7% - Collaboration with our hop heroes at Cellarmaker; a hazy IPA brewed with a neutral ale yeast for pure hop expression. Battered with fresh 2018 Nelson Sauvin hops along with Galaxy and Mosaic cryo powder for a burst of tropical fruit notes. Ultra soft texture and silky mouthfeel from the addition of Mecca Grade hard red wheat and a blend of oats.

At Las Jaras, our goal is to make delicious wine that has tons of energy and balance. We want them to be vibrant, delicate, and supple all at the same time while also being food friendly and easy for anyone to enjoy. Our wines are intended to reflect the unique terroir of the vineyards using minimal intervention so you can taste their natural, rhythmic expression. If you are not used to drinking wines made this way, the experience can be a revelation.

Riper red berry fruit sings over the tart finish resulting in a pleasurable, quenching crunch. A perfected adult version of Sour Patch Kids candy. A floaty fleshiness develops by the second glass – which, btw, arrives quickly – with some mellowing watermelon notes on the mid-palate.
