Excellent breakfast , coffee a little expensive

I discovered this place a week ago and I live nearby. It's just wonderful. It has a garden centre with many plants, a beautiful little shop and a coffee where everything is delicious and with very friendly staff, I love this place ♥️

Yes the heath house farm was delightful we were up stairs for a baby shower which was lovely and yes we had the tea room experience we did seethe tea room and it looked lovely and the shop was full of gifts for birthdays excellent .xxxx

Nice place but price of food was ridiculous 37 pounds for 4 slices of bread cut it to rectangles 2 small cakes and 2 scones
