Hashi Japanese Kitchen - Watauga

Been coming here for years, food is always amazing and super fast service. Kid-friendliness: Simple dishes that kids love. My daughter gets the kids chicken hibachi with steamed rice. Very customizable for picky eaters.

Sushi was good. Sauces were great. Hibachi proteins were good but small. Fried rice was good. Noodles were not good. Value was average. It's tough paying the same price per roll as a higher end sushi restaurant.

My son told us a few months ago that we need to try this spot, we finally did, and we’ll definitely be back because the food was delicious! I ordered one of the rolls, a side of fried rice, and an order of the chicken hibachi which was amazing! I’m a big fan of fried rice, but I’ll probably pass on that next time and only order the stir fry. Great spot if you’re looking to mix it up and try a good local spot!

Don't expect anything special for their sushi... My mom and got California Rolls and Spicy California Rolls. We were disappointed when our rolls arrived at the table and were made with imitation crab. I could've got better sushi, for nearly 1/3 the price at Costco. *Just be aware, this is a counter service/ quick service Japanese place with a very limited menu.

The food here is great if you are looking for a quick on the go hibachi. It is a little pricey but so delicious.
