Slowest drive through service ever! I placed my order on the app and selected pick up at the drive-through so I wouldn't have to wake the baby. The app said my order would be ready by 7:15 I would have gone somewhere else, but I had prepaid for my order. I sat at the speaker waiting from 7:10 to 7:17 before someone even acknowledged me. And even then, they said they'd be with me in a moment!. I waited an additional 8 minutes at the window to get my order. When I did, the onion rings were cold, and the hot dog lukewarm. No apologies for the ridiculously slow service. I won't be spending my money here ever again.

Has anyone ever found a slower Harvey's cause I think I've found it!!! What's the point of the drive thru if you're gonna make people go park and sit for 15+ minutes???? Plus you get the joys of watching everyone else parked around you getting their food first!!!
