Had not been here in about 12 years and had a great meal then. But the food has suffered. First the good, the service was very good. Staff prompt and attentive. The food preparation has fallen in quality. My meal was rare rib eye steak, fires and salad with blue cheese dressing. The salad was brought straight out and it and the dressing were very good. Before I could finish the salad the steak and fries arrived. The steak was billed as lightly season and it was very lightly seasoned. It was half rare and half cooked through making me think it was cooked before ordered and left under a heat lamp waiting for someone to order it. The steak was also slightly dry and needed the steak sauce. They did not have a house sauce and A1 sauce was served. The fries were barely warm indicating they were precooked awaiting someone to order them. Lightly seasoned they needed ketchup. Overall a run of the mill steak house and not up to the reputation of the Harold Seltzer name. In short I can cook a better meal at home.

I spent the first half of my working life working in fine restaurants. We were a party of 4 and it was my birthday; everything was absolutely wonderful!
There was nothing special about it. My filet definitely wasn't a fillet. As it had a large separation through the middle.
A very nice dining experience! Came here for the first time on my birthday and had a wonderful experience! Excellent food, service and even a visit to the table by Harold himself!
Great place. Very good foid and service was perfect.
Party of 4, one filet order, one chicken fettuccine, others were steak dinners. Three steak dinners came out. The filet was very grissley, not a typical filet, and was not cooked to order, had to send back. The chicken fettuccine dish must of gotten missed because it didn't come out. Two of the steak dinner were finished, then the pasta dish came out and finally the filet. Not well coordinated, personally not impressed. I will probably not go back when visiting the area.
Worst experience ever. Our waiter Gabe had to be the worst server ever, we waited 2.5 hours for our meals. I finally asked to speak to the manager and he said there would be no charge.
