They're awesome! Very accommodating and flexible with any dietary preferences. The food is great. My favorite meal prep service I've tried in the SLC area! Highly recommend if you're looking for something long-term or for the weeks you're super busy. I like that they check in each week, so you have the opportunity to skip or modify your food choices.

Great resource for meal prep!

I have been getting Paleo meals from Hardy Foods for about a year and a half and it has been life changing for me! I’ve always been in good shape but Hardy has helped me to get in great shape. With clean eating and increased workouts I dropped my body fat to the range of 6% (I’m over 50 btw). I look better, feel better, and have more energy than I did before! Hardy Foods is my favorite meal prep service I’ve used for several reasons. First, the food itself is delicious and healthy. Second, you receive a lot of food! Third, it’s reasonably priced; it’s cheaper than a number of other meal prep services, and you get a lot of food for what you pay. Delivery is also so convenient! Finally, I really appreciate their communication and customer service!
