Service was wonderful, food was delicious, made fresh to order so we had a slight wait, but it was worth it! Bathroom was clean! Kitchen appears clean and orderly- both dining experiences were take out via walk in and both were breakfast meals. Iced tea is very good.

Awful service. Sat down 20 mins waiting for my food to be ready…. We were the only ones left in the restaurant.

Well the food in my opinion always tastes good .. my fiance and I love going there for breakfast.. and usually get good service.. but this morning and one other morning I tried redeeming my points on the app for an item and because the older lady in the drive thru or the other slimmer black lady with long braids couldn't figure out how to scan the QR code ... Which is quite simple.. and it works better if you point the scanner at the QR code.. but what do I know... They tried to make me pay for the item I was trying to redeem and then caught an attitude with me because they couldn't figure it out and when I tried to politely tell them they weren't pointing the scanner at my phone they were pointing it at something else they just threw the scanner down and told me what I owed... I asked them to remove the item I was redeeming and I'll just pay for the other items that was an issue.. I don't want anything for free but better customer service and better training for employees.. times are changing and if your gonna work in today's world you need to know how to work with the apps on people's phone if your not willing to learn then you need to making food or cleaning something... Thanks for interactions this morning yall nailed it for sure...

To the front counter & drive thru to the line cook 😁 Both are Caring thoughtful, & customer service skills to the T These 2 employees deserve the recognition. We came here having a late late dinner & u made our night just by being you. 1yr ago service here was crap .. I even said I wouldn't come back due to the employees and management running the place at the time l.. A bunch of fools that did not know how to talk to customers or or had basic manners.. GO YOU TWO 🤗😁🥂

It's a shame when an individual places an order, pays for that order and it's handed out wrong, returns to the store for a correction to the order and you have to argue with the manager about what you ordered. Sir.....I know what I ordered. And it states it clearly on the receipt you have in your possession. I don't care what or who you think I am or ordered (because you clearly have me mistaken for some other order made this morning), all I want is my super bacon biscuit without cheese and replacement small hash brown. Because I can't eat those cold hash browns because I didn't eat them with the wrong sandwich. I brought those back as well. How does that happen? The manager arguing with me about what I ordered. I don't know you like that and my receipt is right in front of you face. SMMFH!!!!!!!!🙄😤🙃😏
