Long wait only to get the wrong order

The current time is 8:53pm on a Sunday night. I just drove through the drive thru of Hardee's - which closes at 10pm - and the employees would not serve us because they said they were closed. I'm done with Hardee's. Their lackluster leadership, low energy and lack of effort, and the entitlement that they exude - like there's no other hamburger shops around - makes me no longer want to deal with this company. I hate to be a Karen but it shouldnt be this hard to give a company my money for only decent service and food. I am at Wendy's now.

Always a good burger !

After picking my daughter up from work across the street we decided to stop here. We pulled up and begun giving our order when the manager stepped in and stated they were closed. He told me they close down at 9:30 even though the sign and time on the internet state 10:00pm.

I rarely write reviews. But the service yesterday was amazing! I had ordered extra pickles n was told they were out but that the truck had just arrived . The manager actually went out n got the pickles off first!! I was amazed! Thank you so very much Carline! Amazing customer service is rare these days!
