The sound and ambience is superb

Unexpected! We were very surprised about the food quality! We had the mini burgers and chicken skewers, also prawns and even the simple pesto tomato flatbread all was excellent! Thank you especially to the manager. Will visit again! Only negative point for us personally the music was too loud, but still, music was cool 90ies vibes!

Partiamo dal presupposto che dopo aver ordinato abbiamo chiesto dove fosse il bagno, per lavarsi le mani prima di mangiare l'hamburger e ci è stato detto che era fuori dal ristorante dentro al centro commerciale, a 200 m circa, già qui pessimo visto che si tratta di una catena di Hard Rock Cafe. Poi se subito la musica era davvero bella e coinvolgente dopo pochi minuti hanno staccato per proiettare la partita di Criket IFL, capisco che per la comunità indiana possa essere importante ma la nomea dell'HRC dice altro. I camerieri guardavano la partita... Passando al cibo, i panini sono normali, nulla di speciale. Il pane è davvero pessimo, dopo i primi morsi inizia a assorbire i liquidi e si sfalda, non è proporzionato alle dimensioni della carne. La birra poca selezione e slavata. A fine pasto hanno portato delle tovagliette umide per pulire le mani dopo il panino ma solo perché l'ho richiesto altrimenti dubito le avrebbero portate. I camerieri sono stati carini e gentili ma eravamo lì per altro. Nel complesso non consiglio ne per cibo ne per ambientazione, avrebbe preso più stelle se avessero tenuto la bellissima musica che caratterizza Hard Rock Cafe.

Come tutti gli hard rock che ho visitato fino ad ora è impeccabile, ottima musica , cibo meraviglioso un misto tra occidentale e indiano non troppo piccante, situato all’ interno di un centro commerciale dove non sembra di essere in India.

Be aware: food sucks!!! Delivery food quality is not the same as when you eat at location. General manager and on-site manager are not on the same page about menu items and ingredients. Overall it's a failed outlet and Hard Rock should take notice of this. Update: Mr. Gautam called me but surprisingly he kept calling me BOSS. I'm sure if my name being ZAIN as mentioned here. This brings to light they take for customer service. How do provide customer service when you don't even know the name or adress him by it,? Mr. Gautam you have failed in hospitality and customer service. Day 2: these folks are still failing.
