My friends and I have been frequent patrons of Hard Rock Cafe in CP, Delhi, and have consistently purchased tickets for the music shows. Until now, we have always had a positive experience. However, our recent visit was deeply disappointing, and I am compelled to bring this to the attention of the upper management. Please refer to your CCTV footage dated 16 June 2024 at 10:35 pm for verification of the events described. Upon our arrival, we were asked if we preferred still or sparkling water. Despite requesting still water, we did not receive any throughout our visit. The establishment appears to be significantly understaffed. This resulted in unacceptable delays for basic requests such as menus, cutlery, and napkins. The most egregious issue occurred when the Manager spilled a drink over my friend, shattering the glass in the process. Astonishingly, no staff member offered assistance or even provided tissues. A neighboring guest had to provide tissues to us. Despite requesting that the potentially contaminated food be cleared due to the broken glass, our request was ignored, and we were charged for it at the end. Regrettably, this experience has led us to decide not to return to Hard Rock Cafe.

Awesome vibe! Every time I come Hard Rock Cafe, I enjoy the atmosphere, the food, and, most importantly, the music they play. Do try their platter; even children will enjoy the dishes on it!

We went to Hard Rock Cafe during the recent Ind-Pak screening but our experience was bad from the get go. We had made a reservation through ezy diner. However, they declined to honour the offer given If you wanted to attend the screening of the match which was on a different floor. This was nowhere written in the policy and was completely discretionary at their end. We ended up paying double the bill amount because the offer was not applied. We were okay to go ahead at a higher price, however, the service and food never did justice to the price paid. all the waiters were were busy and engrossed in the match and didn’t pay attention to our service, we had to call them multiple times to the table. The ambience was nowhere compared to other hard rock cafe in other states. All the food that we had ordered was bad except for the Paneer sliders and avocado toastada. Do not recommend their veg platter and drinks. Finally, all the grains were extremely diluted and did not have a drop of alcohol. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I had in any cafe possible. Please avoid this cafe, if you can

The place is okay, the drinks are not up to the mark,it feels like you are drinking a syrup and not a cocktail 🍸.. Service is okayish and so is the atmosphere...if you are looking for something more vibrant and upbeat ..then it's not the place for you.
