Hard Rock Cafe Chennai

HRC is back to Chennai with a bang. Its not a big place like the closed Phoenix one. The decor, seating and overall setting is very familiar. Multiple seating options including outdoor sitting. Its kids friendly and the match plays as well. The DJ is good and plays the tracks what caters to all. Not just rock. Food is familiar and amazing. Just that the menu is limited compared to outlets in other cities. It is a touch of a disappointment. Having said so, all the dishes we ordered were wow. The local ones - Chettinad chicken and curry leaf chicken were spot on. There are no offers at the moment. However, there is offer on bottles.

Wednesday night and the live band rocked the place with retro hits. Choice of vegetarian food needs to be increased. Food is good in terms of quantity and taste. Would recommend.

I would give 5 stars but this place is playing pop music.. and insulting original hrc. Few drinks are good ..the food is the best thou. If u like rock and metal this is not the place after 8 pm lol.
