Hank's Tavern on the River

Great food! Nice patio beer/garden with river view. Can kayak right up to Hank's riverfront & come ashore for a bite to eat & drink.

Grilled chicken is cooked perfectly with great char marks. The mashed potatoes are homemade, I could eat them alll day. Homemade mac n cheese is very unique and tasty. The deep fried mushrooms are also the best I've ever had! Love eating here!

Friday lunch hour rush. A tad slower than normal. I got about 10 minutes in and ended up taking my food to go as my hour was up and had to get back to work. I'm was a little disappointed in the cob salad. Lot's of brown pieces in the lettuce and overly salted bacon. Normally the food and wait time is good, not this time thou. But I will be back. Never let one bad experience seal the deal!

I’m a disabled veteran with a service dog. The waiter was very good and so was the food. Very clean restaurant. We will definitely add this to our list of favorite restaurants!
