Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ICE CREAM Update : My family and I were served by one of the best Handel’s staff members named Raylene, she is the one responsible for the tasty banana split. Handel’s staff, ice cream and service is phenomenal. Their ice cream cakes is so tasty and beautiful. A long line because ice cream was just that good. not to mention the ice cream is handmade another plus.

When I first came upon this place I was in awe of the line, decided to come back when it wasn’t busy. It was good. Nothing to write home about or stand in a line for 15 min, Try Rainbow ice cream for more of a value.

The only reason for a 3 and not a 5... beacuase of the true outstanding quality of of the ice-cream is worthy of a 5....there is never enough employees... i have walked away many times... only one or two windows open ... ugh

First of all, when I got to the window to order, the worker did not give any proper greeting OR SAY ANYTHING AT ALL. So then we just ordered an ice cream flavor and the server flat out responded “no.” As I responded I was taken back because I wasn’t sure what he meant by that. When I also asked for this servers name he responded “we aren’t allowed to give it out.” Horrible service.
