Handels Homemade Ice Cream

We were pleased that they had a 4 scoop sampler so that we could try a few different flavors. Unfortunately neither of us liked the four flavors we got (coffee chocolate chip, banana cream pie, chocolate almond, or cheesecake Oreo). Which we did not care to finish as the flavors and textures were a bit off. We also got a medium dish with mint chocolate and monkey business. Luckily those flavors were a bit better.

This location does not have half the flavors that they have listed, better off going to Upland location. Customer service is horrible here as well.

Ice cream is good but not worth the 40 mins wait to get it. The operation was so inefficient that it was frustrating. Menu should b displayed at the line to see while waiting, not having to scan code to see the menu. The person that order should just order. They hv to stop n go get ur each individual item, wash hands in between .. not efficient at all. All the while, you see 3 to 5 ppl in the back, n some are just standing there? Why? Waiting? Again, wasting time. Since so many ppl in the back.. cashier just needs to order n give samples. Give customer num n pass out accordingly by other staff, not the cashier. You need to hv patience when you go here.

all were on the phones except the one little Hispanic girl. she knew what was up.

Usually has a line but it moves quickly. Lots of choices and nice staff. We have been to several of their locations and the ice cream is great at all of them.

Long line because of how slow service is, not because it’s that busy. Took about 45 min to get through the line. Unfortunately we won’t go back because of this

First time eating ice cream from there and the mango flavored one is so good. Highly recommend getting any flavor but I did like the mango the best!
