We love hibachi so we’ve eaten at a ton of places both economic and high end. This place is by far the best. Not only great pricing but the food is genuinely the best cooked and quality. Ask for Marco he’s our favorite chef! Cooks perfectly every time and so nice! The owner is always there and super attentive of all the guests. We go there so often he knows our name and makes us feel special every time. The waiters are cool and funny and make us feel right at home. We go to this place at least three times a month we highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: Our kids love it and are always entertained by the cooking. No one seems to mind loud kids with how loud everything is.
I attempted to dine here, but after being seated and told I'd be the only person, the manager seated 6 others at the table, making me wait even longer. Despite understanding hibachi restaurant norms, the delay and indecisiveness of the group were frustrating. The manager could have suggested moving me to a separate booth for a quicker dining experience. When I called the manager to express my disappointment, he became defensive and made excuses, leading me to hang up before reacting to his unprofessional behavior.
My husband and I have been going to this place for a couple years. However this last visit Friday was so disappointing. The service was horrible. The kid who was our waiter was brand new and no one would help him. Now let’s talk about the food. The sushi had no flavor and for $13 a roll I expect it to taste good. My husband got the steak and scallops. For $33 he got steak and 4 scallops. 4??? Really? I know things are expensive but when we dine out we expect to get our monies worth. The worst part to me was the waitress that spent the whole time we were there talking to friends at a table and only went to “help” the young waiter long enough to get on to him in front of everyone and then back to her friends.
Trinity was great and very helpful for my big party. She was so patient with the kids. The food was great and the service was awesome. We will be back again: Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoy when the cooks put on a show and play Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space for handicap
Trinity was our server and she was amazing!!! All our order was delicious and accurate. We had two chefs and they were amazing as well! Regulars will be back!
This place is a hidden gem.... just as good as BeniHana but not as pricey!
We drove 2 1/2 hours to celebrate my Son’s 10th birthday. After hitting up Altitude he decided he wanted hibachi. Trinity was our server and Chon was our chef. They were awesome and it was really entertaining. We will definitely be making the trip from Paris, Texas soon. Thanks guys for making it a great experience! ☺️
