Best fish sandwich ever. The fish was beautifully fried and crispy. The tartar sauce was wildly good and tartaryy. Ooofff great slaw and the chips were crispy and Salty. So freaking good. Great balance and crispy and fish was great but small af.
The vibes and atmosphere are great, and I like food courts in general. The service here, however, is really weak. First of all, you order your food at kiosks and take your own number, but are still asked for tips. For a machine? Tips are for service, and this is all self service. Then for the drinks, we sat for over 20 minutes and no one took our order. The servers were all standing around talking to each other and ignoring us. I walked up to the bar and the tender said we have to go through a server, and "sent someone to us" but it was another wait. Finally someone came and took our orders, and then told us that we also have to bus our own trays and glasses. Still at payment, the tip suggestions start at 20%. Either be self service and act like it, or full service and do it right. This place wants to take the upcharge without providing the service.
This is a really unique restaurant with a lot of different food options, from burgers and barbecue to fish tacos, chicken parm, and more, along with a bar. My brisket grilled cheese was delicious. There’s also a lot of interesting artwork on the walls, along with a patio to eat outside at the Gateway.
The food to select from in this spot is many. I love being able to order from one spot and my friends order from another but be able to all sit together and eat. Drinks can be ordered and the music plays. Super chill spot to eat and drink when downtown.
Super good food in a fun atmosphere.
Cadillac Margarita & Julius Caesar was very tasty! Come see Shane
This is such a great idea for when you are going to dinner with a group of people who all have a bit different taste in food. It was so great to still pick what we wanted and sit together in a restaurant-like atmosphere.
