I highly suggest ignoring the slew of recent bad reviews... personally, I've never had issues with their hours, and the baklava and other pastries are top-tier. I've been a Habibi's fan since they started out on Nicholasville Rd. The staff I've interacted with are consistently super nice and willing to answer any questions. If you're a coffee drinker, definitely order a cup of Turkish coffee here. They'll prepare it in hot sand, leaving you with two things: a cool experience and good coffee.
Apparently they just closed down. I am so sad. Don’t believe google, this place doesn’t exist now:(
small place but baklava was good
It'd be great if anyone was ever here. I've been trying to get something for two weeks, different days, different times, and no one is ever at the booth. The phone number doesn't work to get ahold of someone.
Horrible baklava. Will not come back.
I have always come during posted "open" hours, yet everytime I show up no one is there. Very frustrating when hours are already limited.
In their old location on Nicholasville Road, Habibis was spectacularly good. A great variety of homemade, authentic, fresh, delicious desserts. At their new location in the Julietta Market, they only sell one thing, baklava in walnut or pistachio flavor. The only thing I can say for it is that it is pretty, and comes in a pretty box, and makes a pretty gift. All that prettyness makes it cost twice as much as it did in the old location. I wish they would bring back the old Habibis.
