SCAM. Just bought a smoothie, I paid with card as tap and the total was 11 and some change. On the receipt it showed an included tip of 1dollar. My smoothie was 9 plus tax should have been 10 and some change. The extra amount was added without me knowing. So unprofessional of staff. I was told the total being 11 something. Maybe she didn’t thought I would ask for a receipt. Don’t get scam y’all.

Carl is an excellent customer service person. He knows how to give a great experience to a family and very good with children. Keep up the good work!

Be aware! I ordered a kiddie 1 scoop Sunday at Häagen-Dazs counter. The sales associate says it was 10.00 dollars. That was ridiculous, a rip off! YOUR not missing a thing!! Häagen-Dazs is not good ice cream at all. I will never buy from them again. 0 STARS.

I went to go buy some ice cream for my kid and the guy was still serving and when we went to go in yo buy ice cream, the man slammed shut the door on us and told us that the store was closed and my kid saw that and he left the store disappointed. I don’t think a person like this should be working in a store that has such good reputation…
