Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

It was my 3rd time to come to this location. The food was always good. The service was quick, and friendly. You have to make a reservation to shorten your wait. There is a link to reserve a table on the google map page! I had Takoyaki for my pupus (appetizers) - $7.95 is actually a very good price, and the size was bigger than other places for the same item. Then I ordered the lunch combo for $14.95. It came with 2 plates of meat of your choice, and bowl of rice, miso soup and house salad with house dreessing. I recommend to visit this place when you're in Cincinnati/ Kenwood area!! Vegetarian options: They also provide vegetarian menu Parking: It's by Kenwood Mall. This chain restaurant isn’t the worst quality bbq, but definitely some of their meats are a full miss. ( too dry and tastes mediocre for their price)

Food was salty.

This place - WOW! If you are looking for a dining experience this is the place. If you don’t like to cook, maybe not for you. We loved being able to throw the meats and veggies on the grill at our table and the flavors were delish. Can’t recommend the spicy boiled dumplings or chocolate lava cake enough to book end the mains. Will be back!
