Baking Instructions:
Pre-heat oven at 350F. Place empanadas in oiled baking sheet. Bake for aproximately 15min or until Golden brown. Rotate half way through.
Kind of “sponge cake” drenched with a mixture of whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk and cream, then topped with meringue flambe, curdled dulce de leche (traditional Cuban dessert made by curdling the milk with lime juice and reducing it with sugar), garnished with seasonal fruits.
