Gustazo Cuban Kitchen & Bar - Waltham

Gustazo's has wonderful tapas and entrees. You generally need to make a reservation - it's popular! If you're looking for a quiet place for dinner, look elsewhere, but if you like a party atmosphere or bringing a group of people, Gustazo's is awesome!

Great experience here for a celebration night, what a pleasant surprise with such fine cuisines, definitely beyond and above an ordinary dinning place. Heard about a variety of dishes from friends that were all so good and must try…, it’s great there is one at Cambridge too.

Food was decent. Not great but fine. Service was incredibly slow on a Fri night.

I have been to the Cambridge location a few times, but came to the Waltham location for a work event and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. All the usual items ordered - lamb, beef, seafood, vegetarian - were of high quality. We also got a lot of desserts - the flan is amazing to try, as well as the churros. This location is far bigger than in Cambridge, so can accommodate larger groups. Excited that the team is expanding !

Delicious tapas style food! The jibarito is my favorite! They have daily ceviche which I have always enjoyed as well. I love cheese for dessert so I usually go for the queso frito at the end of the meal as it is a warm cheese with some sweet notes. Less impressive dish for me are their empanadas, they are fine, but most other things are better. Highly recommend this restaurant!
