Our chicken, prepared using a recipe developed over sixty years ago by the Bonner family, offers the confounding combination of perfectly crispy skin and wonderfully juicy and tender meat. Additionally, our spices offer a kick without ever overwhelming your senses. All plates are served with beans and coleslaw, but feel free to substitute those with any of our sides, all of which are prepared in house daily.
