Gus's New York Pizza

First things first. We have enjoyed Gus’s pizza for a few years, even if the delivery times were late. Usually pizza and wings were still enjoyable. However, today we ordered at 4:41 pm and was provided an estimate time of an hour. Pizza and wings arrived at 6:12 pm. Pizza tasted like little Caesars, cold, stale and did not include the extra sauce or extra cheese we ordered. Wings had NO SAUCE! We ordered medium 24 wings and they were cold, dry and terrible!!! I called them immediately and was put thru voicemail. Hubby called from his phone they answered. I called again, and emir apologized said the manager/owner would be in morning. I expect a FULL REFUND. I gave you a 5th chance for small business, business and was treated terribly. This order and service gets No ⭐️!!!!! Just terrible!!!’ Now we have to get dinner elsewhere!!! Oh … and the driver just handed me the pizza apologized didn’t give me an a receipt or even except the tip. He just walked off.!!!!

This place took almost 2 hours to deliver a pizza and some wings, both were stone cold on arrival, like it road around for an hour in a box. When my wife calls to complain or talk to a manager they send her to voice mail. The WORST !!!!!! Great customer service Gussy boy!

Food sucks plus they a racist.

I just can't minus a star if something didn't meet my taste bud requirements. The suicide wings were not spicy at all, but the Stromboli was tasty. I have been here before and sometimes they can have a rude demeanor but lets face it people are probably rude to them first. This isn't a Michelin restaurant it's just some New York food. I would love to see how some people would actually handle New York Restaurants or more their Bodegas. Haha but yeah Pizza, and Strombolis are great but need them to make the wings spicy (may have gotten the wrong ones who knows.) Thank you for dinner and dessert. Oh and stop complaining about deliveries it's the rideshare companies fault not theirs. They don't make it usually till the driver gets there to make sure it isn't cold for you.

Love their pizza. Definitely tastes like East Coast pizza. But they need to hire more people. Area doesn't seem to nice.
