We are visiting from Texas and went to Guadalajara Grill at the recommendation of a local. The people/servers were great. The atmosphere was okay. The food wasn’t anything that we expected: Tacos - the meat was dry and the corn tortillas seemed to have been heated in a microwave. Fajitas - the meat wasn’t seasoned with the normal spices, but was cooked in a tomato sauce. Chimichangas - they tasted pretty good, but you’ll regret it later if you have plans to be out later…..you’ll be taking more trips to the bathroom than you’ll have time to spend out. Burritos - the red chile sauce was said to taste like spaghetti-o juice.
Love this place. Super staff that are attentive. Quick service and hot food.
Great meal in a very homey atmosphere. Asked for hot salsa…and it was. Food was delicious.
The food was great with huge portions. The service was terrific. The restaurant itself is pretty dated but it didn’t matter because the food was fast and good.
Great food and friendly people
