My wife buys from here most weeks bacon sausage and chicken gets home no bacon in her bundle. Shocking service and seems to be a varied service each time my wife visits. Simple order but they couldn't get it right. Now what do we do for bacon. Have to go out again but won't be buying from here again.

Absolutely top notch! Used Grosvenors to cater for a birthday party, the food was fabulous and fantastic value for money. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating during a very busy time for them. Highly recommended.

Appalling lack of service. As a wheelchair customer I was in the market last saturday specially to buy some tongue and some roast ham from this stall. It was 3.45 pm when I reached the counter and headed straight to the right hand side, where the cooked meats were still on display. Four of the staff were behind the counter, one of whom was just standing doing nothing, one was busily taking things out of the windows, and two were just talking to each other. I seriously tried to catch any of them's attention because the meats I wanted were right there in the corner, I'm guessing ready to be bagged and packed away. Not one of them responded to my repeated attempts to get attention, despite looking at me, and then ignoring my glances, and the fact I was looking directly at them and the products still on the behind glass displays. I tried for several minutes before finally giving up and going to another stall across the market. I have been a fairly regular customer of this stall for about ten years, but not any more.
