Grills and Rice

The waiters kept staring and giggling while standing near our table, invading our privacy and making us uncomfortable. So to escape it, we went on the upper floor, the ambience was like that of a local train. The people around were not speaking like humans, rather yelling and laughing so loud that we could not hear the person sitting opposite to us. Although this is not to be blamed on the hotel, people should learn the etiquettes and manners to be practiced in public places. We all deserve to enjoy and have fun while we are paying and spending money, but this does not mean that we go beyond the limits and disturb the peace of others. Due to this our experience was very unpleasant. We ordered Special G&R Tikka which smelled of raw chicken and the manager was kind enough to take it back and not include it in the bill. Thanks to the manager but never going back again.

A nice and comfortable restaurant to relish your food with serenity and tranquility. The taste is perfect, the service is awesome moreover the hygiene and presentation is also well looked upon. You will not regret visiting here in any area of hospitality in this restaurant. The ambience is rich, luxurious and reasonable at the same time.

Let’s talk about food… Chicken and Mutton very much recommended. Chicken and chicken related items are really good and the mutton is not bad at all but still it’s not perfect, so mutton is considerably good. On the other hand here comes the fish where only few of them are actually good rest of them aren’t good and I won’t recommend going for fish in this restaurant. Service is really good, they all try to serve as best as possible and a little waiting time to get our table but it’s worth it. It has AC and Non AC, I prefer the AC because of it’s peaceful atmosphere. Non AC it’s also good and for non AC person it sure suits well it’s less peaceful than AC hall but sure it’s a great place to dine.

Absolutely horrible experience with Zomato and Grills and Rice. Ordered food which was supposedly picked up by a delivery partner who then ate it. The app showed “food preparing” for ages. Called Grills and Rice and they rudely told me to raise a case with Zomato, claiming they already gave the food. No accountability from either side. After 1.5 hours of waiting and constant follow-ups, they cancelled the order and refunded. Grills and Rice are the worst, and Zomato’s service was pathetic.
