Great food every visit. Fun atmosphere watching you meal you picked out get cooked in front of you.

It's good food but it's really pricy it's by pound and right now 9 /4/24 it's prices $8.90 per pound. One plate costed me 26.78 I did put a lot of meat but the noodles is what is very heavy. It does get weighed after cooking. I still think it's a bit too pricey I used to get a plate very similar for $16 no weight needed.

I purchased $25 and they gave me 1pint white rice, which is not enough for that dish. I asked for another pint they told me $2 more. Rice is the cheapest thing and that really turned me off. I probably won’t go back. Whoever is running the place needs to learn how to make customers happy.

Love this place but whoever did my take out order today totally forgot.to put all the sauces showing on my receipt (and its a reorder of what I always get on their site). Most bland dry unflavored noodles. Someones slacking over there!

Customer service is bad. Employees don’t care about the customer.

I've been both locations Rialto and Eastvale Griddle many times but Rialto location is better so far. My noodles wasn't cooked enough evenly...

Get rid off the front girl and if she doesn’t want be nice to costumers send her back wash dishes or clean she has no costumer services isn’t looking getting orders cook has like four plates make sure it’s yours like I said front girl doesn’t put forks if u ask for Chile oil or soy souce or napkins gives u attitude I spend 35 dollars I’m not cheap only reason I come it’s because food it’s fire but service need get a new cashier

Prices are decent. It's $8 and some change per pound, so be mindful of that when filling your bowl. It's buffet style so making yourself a big bowl can easily happen. 😄 I love the options like the different meats, vegetables, and toppings. The customization of flavors is completely up to you. When my bowl was done, it was delicious. So much food I had to finish it the next day. And everything looked fresh. Service was excellent.

Came here for the first time with my family and children great experience, friendly staff and great food will be coming back!!! For sure

First of all I don’t know why the cook has an issue towards me all of sudden I’m an everyday customer. He at some point threatened me. He burnt my food a couple of times & made my food salty on purpose. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend. I won’t be coming back to this place.
