Greggs

Terrible, wrongly labelled food was very misleading. Ordered food, 1 sausage roll and a bacon and sausage roll. Paid and left. Only when I got to the car I realised they had forgotten to give me the sausage roll and the breakfast roll was that bad I threw it straight into the bin! Everything was burnt beyond recognition. The queue was that big and staff so miserable I decided not to complain but to leave you the worst review I have ever left any company. To top it off this was a birthday treat for my 12 yo. Thanks Greg's I will no longer us this place again. Maybe even the chain as a whole.

Good food as expected, it's Gregg's. But service is so slow! Needs massive improvement.

It's a greggs so don't expect 5 star service. However there always seems to be new staff being trained which makes getting served very slow at times with long queues and not always a lot of hot food available. The other issue the lines of Deliveroo etc there's one person sorting that and only one person serving. They need to priorise people in the queue first.
